We regret to inform you that the Factory Card & Party Outlet affiliate program is ending October 31, 2008. This decision, not taken lightly, was the result of a corporate restructuring initiative at Factory Card & Party Outlet and its parent company. There is no plan to continue the Factory Card & Party Outlet program at this time; we will let you know if this changes in the future.
